It is an honor and pleasure to serve as I Demonstrate Educated Beauty’s President for the 2019-2020 school year. I can not fathom a more pristine organization to serve. I feel that the coalescence of our diverse skill sets and innovative ideas will allow I.D.E.B to serve not only Stilwell’s community, but give back to our community that has instilled so much in us. Throughout the duration of my presidency, I would like to foster an efficacious atmosphere where leaders are developed and each member of I.D.E.B learns that the best way to lead is to serve others in a solicitous manner. Utilizing the 3D Effect through diligence, determination and discipline. Being president of I Demonstrate Educated Beauty Inc. means progressing the ideals of the organization while doing my best to communicate, delegate, and inspire sisterhood qualities of empowerment, entrepreneurship and leadership in each member. This will be shown through our etiquette, leadership, and self empowerment monthly classes and our community service projects. Also, by making seminars and workshops more accessible to our members, we are promoting character, independence and integrity. 

In conclusion, our goal is simple: to do our part as a sisterhood to empower each other so that our communities can be empowered. I Demonstrate Educated Beauty Inc. will mold globally competitive and competent young women, willing and ready to serve.
