I Demonstrate Educated Beauty, Inc. was founded by five young women at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, on October 10th, 2010. Their mission was to create a program that would empower women to be their best and assist in providing tools to accomplish those goals. In 2014, one founder decided to expand the group to reach young ladies on the high school level. From this, I.D.E.B. found its new home at Martha Ellen Stilwell School of the Arts.
